bepch Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the bepch website accessible at bepch.com, including all games, sportsbook markets, payment services, and account management tools offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the bepch Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the bepch Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and address verification processes required by bepch prior to withdrawal processing or at any point deemed necessary.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary tool available to Players whereby a Player may request that their bepch Account be suspended for a defined period.

By accessing bepch.com, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the bepch Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the bepch Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and bepch with respect to your use of the Platform. Any prior representations, warranties, or understandings – whether written or oral – are superseded by these Terms. No variation of these Terms shall be effective unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorised representative of bepch.

Access to and use of the bepch Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bepch enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services without exception. Providing false age information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bepch is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bepch or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended bepch Account. Only one Account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• You must not be subject to a current Self-Exclusion order on the bepch Platform or any affiliated platform.

To access Real Money Play on the bepch Platform, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing Account maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Only one Account per individual is permitted. If duplicate Accounts are detected, bepch reserves the right to close the duplicate Account, void any associated winnings, and return the original deposit amount at its discretion.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bepch will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

• bepch reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.
• Account information, including name, date of birth, and identity documents, must match the name registered on your designated payment method (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet).

All financial transactions on the bepch Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. bepch reserves the right to change minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT via TRC20 network. bepch may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in voided transactions and potential Account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. Verified Account holders typically receive JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's internal processing schedule.
• bepch does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own applicable charges, for which bepch accepts no responsibility.
• bepch reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawals or where unusual Account activity has been detected.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Please review the specific terms of any promotion before accepting Bonus Funds.
• bepch does not accept cryptocurrency deposits other than USDT via TRC20. Any cryptocurrency sent via an unsupported network is non-recoverable, and bepch accepts no liability for such transactions.

bepch may offer various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all bepch promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements and applicable game contribution rates will be clearly stated in the specific promotional terms for each offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.

• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash prior to Wagering Requirements being met.

• Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to claim any promotional offer on the bepch Platform.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the bepch Platform are governed by their respective game rules and sportsbook rules in addition to these Terms. The following general provisions apply:

• All game outcomes on the bepch Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. bepch does not manipulate game outcomes. Each game's house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentage is determined by the game provider and is available in the game information panel.
• Sports betting odds are set by bepch and may be updated at any time prior to an event commencing. Bets accepted prior to any odds change remain valid at the original accepted odds.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. bepch reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during periods of technical difficulty, loss of live data feed, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• bepch reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, where a pricing error has occurred, or where the bet was placed in bad faith.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to the bepch Sportsbook Rules. In the event of match abandonment, bepch's specific cricket rules regarding void bets and partial settlement will apply.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game titles. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by bepch at any time.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bepch Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, their winnings voided, and their funds withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account on the bepch Platform, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, including the use of third-party JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallets.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through a technical error are not valid and may be reclaimed by bepch.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to defraud bepch or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the bepch Platform for any activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bepch support staff or other Platform users in any manner.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including through arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

All content on the bepch Platform, including but not limited to the bepch brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of bepch or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bepch Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the bepch Platform without prior written consent from bepch.

Game content, including game titles, graphics, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers. bepch operates these games under valid licensing agreements with their respective developers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bepch and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bepch Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions, technical faults, delays, or errors in the transmission of data between your device and the bepch servers.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from Account suspension or the voiding of bets pursuant to these Terms.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bepch's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bepch's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bepch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice where doing so could prejudice an ongoing investigation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• The Player being subject to a Self-Exclusion order on a related platform.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring bepch to restrict the Account.

Players may voluntarily close their bepch Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following standard KYC checks.

bepch reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Nothing in this Section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
